ArcPATH is representing the Capital Projects Group during the implementation of HealthConnect for the Santa Teresa and Gilroy campuses. Project management services include oversight of surveying, design, construction and Infrastructure Ready Testing, and coordination with the Kaiser Regional Team, Information Technology Services, Support Services, Construction Services and individual departments for the delivery of HealthConnect to 20 campus buildings. Services also include the coordination of the Training and Command Center build-outs that support the project.

ArcPATH is representing the National Facilities Capital Projects Group on various projects, including the San Rafael Medical Center Emergency Department Expansion and the implementation of comprehensive ADA Barrier Removals for the San Rafael, Petaluma, Novato and Santa Rosa campuses. Project management services include design team selection, design management, construction documents, permiting, bid management and general contractor selection.

ArcPATH is representing the Safeway Stores for the rollout of an exterior improvement program for multiple locations in the Northern California Division. Project management services include design team oversight, landlord coordination, governmental processing, bid delivery strategy and analysis, schedule and budget control and construction oversight.

ArcPATH is representing the tenant during the tenant improvements for buildings in multiple cities, including Chicago, Seattle, and San Francisco, Santa Monica, and Santa Rosa, California. Project management services include lease negotiations, design and construction team oversight, coordination with the landlord, bid strategy and analysis, schedule and budget control and construction oversight.

ArcPATH is representing the tenant for the programming, space planning and implementation of reconfigurations for CEB in the historic Rotunda Building in downtown Oakland.

Gateway District Regional Center

Client: Portland Center for Spiritual Growth

Located within the Northeast Portland Gateway Urban Renewal District, ArcPATH is working with their client to develop one of the first transit-oriented housing and mixed-use developments in this section of the Gateway District. The project will strive to become a catalyst for development in the area.

Owner representative for comprehensive project management services, involving construction coordination for retail tenants in a mixed-use development. Tenants include: Albertsons Market, Rite-Aid Pharmacy and Bally Total Fitness.

Providence Montessori School Playground Phase I
Portland, Oregon
Client: Providence Montessori School / Providence Child Center

Located within a Northeast Portland neighborhood, the Providence Montessori Playground is especially designed to encourage children to explore the natural environment in a more meaningful way. Each playground feature is open-ended to invite creative and exploratory play. The play features give children a chance to create their own play without being directed to a prescribed method. As a representative for the Providence Advisory Board, the project requirements include close coordination with the neighborhood, management of the selection process for a design/build team and construction oversight.
