ArcPATH Project Delivery acts as the owner's representative in gaining approval from the appropriate public agencies.

Services include:

• Establish and monitor a schedule for the approval process
  
  
• Determine the documents needed for each public agency
  
  
• Coordinate with the owner's consultants or tenants to assemble documents and exhibits
  
  
• Prepare application forms on the owner's behalf
  
  
• Meet with public agencies and neighborhood groups to expedite the approval process
  
  
• Present design exhibits at meetings or hearings
