Facility Programming and Planning

ArcPATH Project Delivery assists owners and design professionals in organizing and analyzing pertinent data to develop a program that the architect will use as the basis for his/her design solution. The programming and planning process can include the following:

• Interview prospective project users to determine requirements and meet with public agencies, neighborhood associations or new tenants to collect data
  
  
• Coordinate equipment and furnishings inventory
  
  
• Lead interviews or workshops with the users and pertinent team members to stimulate decisions with respect to establishing goals and determining needs
  
  
• Assist Clients in establishing budget
  
  
• Assist Clients in defining general direction of the design
  
  

The purpose of our programming and planning process is to facilitate the architect's design solution by clearly defining the project's goals and constraints. The final product of this service is a program document for use by the owner's architect.
