• Develop construction phasing strategies to minimize disturbances to adjacent tenants
  
  
• Assist tenants with civic agency processing and utility coordination
  
  
• Coordinate efforts of tenant contractors with building management
  
  
• Increase the cost effectiveness of changes by analyzing their effect on the construction sequence
  
  
• Review closeout documents and record drawings for future reference
